Bodegas Collado is a family business that has more than 125 years of presence in the
market making it one of the oldest and with the most tradition in Mexico. The Diega
project was born in 2016 as a collaboration with the Flor de la Paz Foundation (http://
www.flordelapaz.org) with the purpose of creating a sustainable drink. All the botanicals used in the infusion of Diega come from this foundation.

Diega production is carried out with a strict selection of the botanicals such as the requisite juniper. All the botanicals in Diega are 100% free of agrochemicals and pesticies because the during the cultivation of these products, the cycles of the soil and plants are respecte through organic production techniques.

Diega is a Mexican gin infused with lime rind, lemon verbena and chamomile all from the Flor de la Paz Foundation who grow their product 100% free of agrochemicals and pesticides. It has a translucent, bright color and is designed to be an excellent mixer for various mixed drinks like Gin & Tonics and Martinis as well as classic and new, innovative mixology. Diega is strong on citrus notes from the lime while the herbs infusion achieve a sensation of freshness due to the presence of the aromatic properties of the juniper berries.

Accent: Citrus

Diega Rosa is a Mexican gin that reflects its authenticity in its citrus and fruity note from strawberry. It is aromatic and soft because of the rose and lavender petal infusion. It has a delicate and bright color designed to be an excellent mixer for various drinks. It has a fresh taste that highlights the aromatic characteristics of the juniper berry flavorings.
