Kilchoman Machir Bay
Nose: Soft cooked fruits with strong peaty aromas.
Palate: Soft mixed fruits and vanilla with an intense sweetness.
Finish: A Classic islay malt now showing the benefit of additional ageing. A long lingering finish.
Kilchoman Sanaig
Kilchoman Sanaig Cask Strength
Created from the same recipe of casks as our regular Sanaig release, Sanaig Cask Strength was matured predominantly in Oloroso Sherry casks. However, instead of adding water once the casks have been selected and vatted, this limited edition Sanaig Cask Strength has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.8% alc./vol. The result is an intense combination of rich peat smoke, cinnamon sweetness, and stoned fruits; with waves of citrus, mixed spices, and dark chocolate.
Nose: Toffee sweetness and dark fruits; with red berries and smoked Oak.
Palate: Intense sweetness and spiced dark chocolate; with raisins, licorice and warming rich peat smoke.
Finish: Lingering sweetness and spices; with integrated smoke throughout.
Kilchoman Batch Strength
Matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, Oloroso Sherry butts and Bourbon barrels, a few drops of water were added post maturation to produce a Batch Strength of 57% abv. The result is a colossal dram combining the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with dark fruits, rich spices and salted caramel sweetness.
Nose: Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather blossom, and intense peat smoke.
Palate: Toffee, rich spices, vanilla, and lasting peat smoke.
Finish: Silky viscosity with fresh crumpets, butter, and honey.

Kilchoman Loch Gorm
Loch Gorm 2022 Edition was matured in Oloroso Sherry Butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin for a minimum of eight years. The 22 casks selected are a combination of 20 fresh and 2 refill casks. The Sherry soaked Oak adds layers of rich fruity character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavors.
Loch Gorm 2025 Edition is the first ever Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years in Oloroso Sherry butts. Anthony selected 23 Oloroso Sherry butts in total, 20 fresh (first fill) and 3 refill (second fill).

Nose: Caramelized custard tart; freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.
Palate: Honey roasted figs, cloves, and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.
Finish: Lingering finish with a savory undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
Nose: Intense sweet pipe smoke, followed by waves of freshly cut strawberries and candied lemon peel. Lighter notes of Neroli (orange blossoms), soft toffee, and cloves.
Palate: An initial note of dark chocolate and toasted walnuts, gentle tobacco smokiness, hints of caramel and dates accompanied by subtle warming peat smoke.
Finish: Long and evolving with cinnamon and licorice wood, chocolate bitters and lingering earthy smoke.

Kilchoman Port Cask Matured
The Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads. Casks were selected from two contrasting ages, the youngest being 6 years old.
Nose: Red berries and figs with citrus, cinnamon, and smoked paprika.
Palate: Cooked strawberries, smoked meats, sweet tobacco and charcoal smoke.
Finish: Warming with waves of fruity sweetness and ashy smoke.
Kilchoman Sauternes Cask Matured
The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition has spent its full maturation in ex-Sauternes wine casks, then bottled at 50%abv. Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder, selected a combination of fresh and refill Sauternes barriques from 2017 and 2018, creating the perfect balance of buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger and floral peat smoke.
Nose: Creamy, buttery notes with ripe fruits, a hint of salty sea air and subtle peat smoke.
Palate: Butterscotch and floral notes combine with tropical and candied fruits with integrated peat smoke flowing throughout.
Finish: Sweetness continues onto the finish, balanced with clean lingering smoke and rich texture.

This Single Cask, bottled at 58.4% abv exclusively for lmpEx Beverages was matured for 5 years in a Fresh Muscatel Blanc Barrique. During its maturation, the Muscat cask has added layers of honeysuckle and stone fruit which balance beautifully with the natural citrus and peat smoke character of Kilchoman Single Malts.

Kilchoman Comraich is a global network of bars dedicated to the enjoyment of Kilchoman Single Malt.
Here you will find the finest and widest range of Kilchoman Single Malts, including special Comraich bottlings exclusively available from Comraich sanctuaries.
Kilchoman Comraich establishments serve as bastions of Kilchoman with exclusive access to the Kilchoman Comraich batches.
These will be available solely from the Comraichs along with a wide range of other Kilchoman bottlings.
Batch No.1 of the Kilchoman Comraich series is a vatting of a 2007 9-year-old Oloroso Sherry butt and two 10-year-old Bourbon barrels selected by Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder. The combination of cask types allows for a unique marriage of rich, sherry influence and light citrus and vanilla character from the bourbon barrels. 55.5% abv
Batch No.2 of the series is a vatting of 3 eight-year-old Bourbon barrels – 55.3% abv.
Batch No.3 is coming soon in 2020 and will be a combination of 3 100% Islay Casks. Two Bourbons and an Oloroso butt from 2008 & 2010.
Batch No.4 is a vatting of three 2011 bourbon barrels, all over nine years of age. These casks are
bottled at their natural cask strength, 55% abv.
Comraich Batch No. 6 is a ten-year-old release combining four ex-Bourbon barrels from 2011 and 2012, finished in two fresh 400 litre Calvados casks for one year then bottled at their natural cask strength of 53.9%abv.
