Cambio is on a mission to create a higher standard in premium tequila by exploring small quality changes throughout the spirit’s creation. We call this new interpretation “Método Refinado.” It’s an innovative, 10-point process where we approach every step thoughtfully, looking for opportunities to make subtle changes and transform our spirit into a work of art, while also honoring the heritage and traditions of tequila producers. From our slow fermentation and distillation to our unique and unprecedented barrel finishing, we find meaningful changes in every step.

TEQUILA BLANCO

We approached our Tequila Blanco with a higher set of standards, going beyond traditional expectations every step of the way. First, our whole Blue Weber Agave piñas are roasted slow and low for superior flavors, then the rich juice is extracted from the pulp using only a traditional Tahona stone wheel.

Our slower fermentation process utilizes extremely low temperatures and wine yeasts in American white oak and Mexican pine lined fermentation tanks—a step few others have ever even considered. Finally, our tequila spends time in used French oak wine barrels, giving the finished spirit a level of complexity and character unlike any other Blanco.

TEQUILA REPOSADO

All the careful craft and attention to detail that goes into our Tequila Blanco gives us an unparalleled foundation to create a truly exceptional Tequila Reposado.

It is aged for a month in Burgundy and Bordeaux barrels, and then for five more months in French oak Chardonnay casks. This variation of barrel finishing is unprecedented in the world of tequila.

With our commitment to non-traditional yeasts and longer cooking, fermenting and distilling practices, our tequila is unlike any other Reposado available today. Our goal isn’t to make more

Poral Coffee Liqueur

PORAL is the result of a collaboration between Mexico’s finest distillers, coffee roasters, and artisans. At its core, CAMBIO BLANCO from Jalisco provides Poral’s backbone, while COFFEE BEANS FROM CHIAPAS and CANE SUGAR FROM VERACURZ add depth and gentle sweetness.

But PORAL’s authenticity goes beyond ingredients—it’s reflected in the craftsmanship of the glassblowers, label makers, and designers who pour their passion into every bottle. This is a spirit that’s undeniably, UNAPOLOGETICALLY MEXICAN.
