This seven year old single cask was matured in a Bourbon Barrel before being finished in a Sauternes wine cask for ten months prior to bottling.

Nose: Tropical fruit, boiled sweets, and light peat smoke.

Palate: Honey and vanilla with waves of creamy Sauternes sweetness.

Finish: Layers of peat smoke, mixed fruit, and oaky dryness.
