Each batch is a vatting of only two casks!

Asia Pacific XO Rum features baked banana, manuka honey, and tropical fruit. This is a selection of fine aged Single Barrels of rum from South Pacific Distillery & Undisclosed Distillery in Fiji and Indonesia. 46% alc.

Column/pot distilled and matured in Oak barrels and Djati wood vats.

British West Indies XO Rum features citrus, stewed prunes, a touch of smoke, vanilla, caramel, and cream. This is a selection of fine aged Single Barrels of rum from Trinidad Distillers & Four Square Distillery in Trinidad and Barbados. 46% alc.

Column/pot distilled and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels.

French Overseas XO Rum features cane sugar, cinnamon, creme caramel, and tropical fruit. This is a selection of fine aged Single Barrels of rum from Rivière du Mât Distillery & Le Galion Distillery in Reunion and Martinique. 46% alc.

Column distilled and matured in French/American Oak barrels.
