This weekend after our Annual Sales Meeting, JVS Imports worked on a special project geared towards giving back and serving the communtiy here in the Bay Area.
Pertnering with HandsOn Bay Area, a non-profit organization that works to make positive change in the Bay Area through it’s innovative programs, we took on three different smaller projects.
The first was a Newborn Onsie Project which will be donated to organizations helping new parents.
The second was a Superhero Cape Project meant to empower underserved youth in the Bay Area.
The third was Herb Garden Kits to help children and families learn what is needed to cultivate their own food.
Being involved in this project was very meaningful to us as it allowed us to take some time to give back to others in our community who are less fortunate, empowering them to face life’s challenges and rise above.
Even more important was the idea that each of these projects were able to reach youth of different ages, providing inspiration and support to the future leaders here in the Bay Area.
